当前版本不强制注册或登录，主要使用本机匿名 ID 在你的设备上保存记录。如果你需要移除数据，请在 App 内清除本地数据，或删除 App。

处理范围
当前版本不会将你的睡眠记录上传到我们的服务器。本地清除或删除 App 后，当前设备上的睡眠计划、睡眠记录和应用偏好会被移除。

The current version does not require registration or login and stores records locally on your device. To remove data, clear local data in the app or delete the app.
